Sudarmoko has 30 years of experience as an engineer, making his start in 1994 as Site Engineer at Waskita Karya. In 2002, he was named Site Manager and later Project Manager in 2005. He has progressed to senior roles and was last appointed as QHSE Manager in 2022. Throughout his tenure at Waskita Karya, Sudarmoko successfully led numerous strategic projects.

Sudarmoko joined Godam Solusi Indonesia in 2023 as Director of Operations where he led construction services for the Jakarta-Cikampek Selatan II Toll Road, Cikopo-Palimanan Toll Road, and Sukamandi Irrigation Rehabilitation Project. In 2024, he was appointed as President Director.

Sudarmoko graduated with a Bachelor’s in Civil Engineering from Universitas Diponegoro in 1993. In addition, he is also a certified Senior Port Engineer and Senior Construction Health, Safety, and Environment Engineer issued by the Construction Experts Association of Indonesia (Atakanas).

L. M. Rochaeri Rere has 20 years of experience in finance and accounting. He was the Finance Manager of Conbloc Infratecno in 2010 until 2014. He was later appointed as Finance Manager at the Indonesian Toll Road Authority (BPJT), a position he held from 2014 to 2021. In 2022, Rere then joined Marga Mandalasakti, a subsidiary of Astra Tol Nusantara, as Head of Accounting and Finance.

Rere joined Godam Solusi Indonesia in 2023 as Director of Finance where he oversees the Company’s financial activities and compliance with prevailing accounting standards.

Rere graduated with a Bachelor’s in Accounting from Gunadarma University in 2001 and Master’s in Accounting from Universitas Indonesia in 2005. In addition, he is certified in SAP S4/HANA and Enterprise Risk Management.

Fazri is a respected figure in Indonesia’s construction industry, making his start as Procurement Manager at Holcim Indonesia in 2003. He was soon appointed as Supply Chain Director in 2006, a position he held until 2015. In the same year, he was named President Director of YTL Semen Indonesia, a subsidiary of Malaysia’s YTL Corporation, until 2018.

Fazri is a Commissioner at Tambang Rejeki Berkah since 2019 and President Commissioner at Godam Solusi Indonesia since 2022.

Fazri graduated with a Bachelor’s in Chemical Engineering from Universitas Gadjah Mada in 1997 and Executive MBA at INSEAD in 2013. In addition, he also sat in leadership courses held by IMD Business School of Switzerland and London Business School of UK.

Royani has a long and illustrious career in Indonesia’s capital market as regulator in the Capital Market and Financial Institution Oversight Agency (Bapepam-LK), now known as Financial Services Authority (OJK).

He started in 1994 in the Listing and Surveillance of Issuers and Listed Companies at Bapepam-LK until 2012. In the newly formed OJK, Royani was appointed as Head of the Administration Subdivision under the Directorate of Corporate Financial Performance for Service Sector Companies in 2013. Over the next 10 years, he assumed various leadership positions in the Directorate. His last position at OJK was Deputy Analyst for the Director of Individual Licensing, Supporting Professionals, and Supporting Institutions 1 under the Capital Market Licensing Department.

Royani was named as Independent Commissioner of Godam Solusi Indonesia in 2024. He concurrently serves as Independent Commissioner for Ade Putri Medikal Nusantara and Intra Golflink Resort.

Royani graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree in Public Administration from the National Institute of Public Administration (STIA-LAN) in 1998 and Master’s in Financial Management from Universitas Pembangunan Nasional Jakarta in 2008.
